The front desk staff was unhelpful and unapproachable, leaving us frustrated with unresolved issues. The parking situation was also confusing and added to our stress.

The air conditioning worked great, keeping the room cool. Loved having a microwave and refrigerator for snacks. The flat-screen TV had plenty of cable channels. Bed was comfy with heating options. Good water pressure in the shower. The fitness center was well-maintained, perfect for workouts.

Family with children not worth the price

So, I was at this place and the breakfast was surprisingly good, like, better than I expected, but I also noticed the lady working there was excellent-quick, friendly, really on top of things. The pool was also a good spot for the kids, and it was clean enough to not feel like a health hazard.

But let’s get real, it wasn’t exactly cheap.

The staff was helpful and courteous throughout our stay, and the hotel was close to local attractions, making it convenient. However, the bed felt excessively firm and uncomfortable. I was disappointed that the front desk said all beds were the same when I asked to switch rooms. Also, the pool lacked towels one afternoon, which they took over two hours to restock. Overall, these service hiccups were frustrating.
